Standard Shipment
Standard shipment refers to delivery services provided through methods such as airmail, SF Express or FedEx Priority. Delivery charges are applied separately from the product price and are clearly displayed during checkout as part of the overall "Total Cost." This ensures transparency, giving customers a complete understanding of the total payable amount, including delivery fees associated with standard shipment.
Express Shipment
Express shipment offers faster delivery through premium services like FedEx Expedited. Customers can select this option during checkout for a quicker delivery experience. The associated costs for Express Shipment are displayed alongside the Standard Shipment charges, allowing flexibility in choosing the preferred shipping method.

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries via FedEx Express and many countries via Standard Shipping. To confirm availability in your location, contact our team.
Shipping availability may change due to unforeseen issues like COVID-19 or geopolitical factors.
We cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping: Free for most countries if the order exceeds $500 USD.
- Express Shipping: $125 USD, depending on your location.
- Fees exclude any import taxes or processing fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid taxes, shipping costs for two-way freight will be deducted from the refund. Returned parcels may be destroyed by customs; no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas. If this applies, we will contact you before shipping.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
- In-stock items: Shipped within 3 working days.
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered in 2–4 weeks but may take up to 2–3 months, depending on customs or local factors.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivered in 5–7 days.
Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. What if my parcel is shipped but not delivered?
If your parcel remains undelivered after 3 months:
- Orders under $50 USD: Choose a one-time reshipment or a full refund.
- Orders over $50 USD: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Non-delivery due to recipient error (e.g., wrong address, refusal to pay taxes) will incur additional fees.
5. Who pays for import taxes or customs fees?
Customers are responsible for all customs and import fees. Refusal to pay will result in a refund of the order amount after deducting two-way shipping fees.
