By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with nostalgiaaudio.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
All orders placed by customers are subject to acceptance by Nostalgia Audio. After orders are placed, we may contact customers through email regarding their order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any stage of the ordering process. Orders may be cancelled by Nostalgia Audio if there is a limitation on the quantity available for purchase or in the event of pricing or product information error. In the event of an order cancellation, customers will receive written notification of such cancellation.

Price & Availability
The prices for Products and services are those specified on this website. All Products and Services offered for purchase on this website are subject to availability. The prices stated for each Product and Service are subject to change without notice.
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. As payment proceed via Stripe/Paypal, the refund will be issued less the 2.9% + $.30 Paypal processing fee.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’

Shipping Methods
The term "standard shipment" refers to the method of delivery using EMS. It is important to note that in addition to the product price, delivery costs will be charged separately. These additional charges will be clearly displayed to the customer, indicating the applicable fees, and will be included in the overall 'Total Cost' provided. This ensures transparency and allows customers to have a clear understanding of the total amount they will be charged for the purchase, including any delivery fees associated with standard shipment as defined by EMS.
In addition to standard shipment options such as airmail or EMS, we also offer the option of FedEx Priority for customers to choose from. FedEx Priority is a premium shipping service that provides faster and more expedited delivery of goods or packages. Customers can select this option during the checkout process, and the associated costs for FedEx Priority will be clearly displayed alongside the standard shipment charges. This allows customers to have the flexibility to choose the shipping method that best suits their needs, whether it's standard shipment via EMS, or the expedited service of FedEx Priority.

Payments
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other forms of payment. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred in connection with a purchase (including any applicable taxes) at the price(s) in effect when the charge(s) are incurred. Unless you notify Nostalgia Audio of a discrepancy within 30 days after the discrepancy first appears on your credit card statement, you agree that it will be deemed accepted by you in all respects and for all purposes. If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Nostalgia Audio or its agents.
We reserve the right to choose not to process or ship your order if you are not a verified paypal customer or if you use a forwarding or unverified address. In this case, you will be refunded for your purchase. If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be issued less the 2.9% + $.30 Paypal processing fee.

Every IEM is tested and inspected in accordance to general industry standards. Our quality control process ensures that every IEM is rigorously tested and inspected to meet or exceed industry standards.

Return Policy
You may return your Universal-Fit Product(s) within 30 days after receipt. The return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. In order for your return to be processed, you must submit a case ticket from your account within the 30-day period. Additionally, you must ship the Product(s) to Nostalgia Audio within 10 business days from RMA submission. Shipping costs for returned Product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. The Product(s) must be in “as-new” condition, complete with any accompanying accessories and within the original box and packaging. Missing items will be subject to additional charges.

Warranty Policy
The Nostalgia Audio provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty protects against defects in manufacture and assembly of earphones and cables for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. Accessories such as carrying cases and eartips are not covered by warranty.
The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction due to misuse or wear and tear. The warranty is transferable with valid warranty serial numbers.
If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair the product or replace the product with a new or equivalent model at the discretion of Nostalgia Audio.
Any product found to be defective or damaged outside of the warranty period can be repaired for a service fee (parts+labor). An estimate will be provided once your product has been reviewed by our engineers.
Any repaired or replaced parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater.
Warranty claims are processed through the point of purchase. If your product was purchased from an authorized Nostalgia Audio retailer, please contact them regarding any warranty, service, or return requests. Otherwise, please contact us by email.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returning the product to Nostalgia Audio. We’ll cover the cost to get your warranty repair back to you. It is advised that returns are shipped insured with tracking information as Nostalgia Audio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
