Warranty Policies

The Nostalgia Audio provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty protects against defects in manufacture and assembly of earphones and cables for 1 year from the date of original retail purchase.  Accessories such as carrying cases and eartips are not covered by warranty.

The warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction due to misuse or wear and tear.  The warranty is transferable with valid warranty serial numbers.

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair the product or replace the product with a new or equivalent model at the discretion of Nostalgia Audio.

Any product found to be defective or damaged outside of the warranty period can be repaired for a service fee (parts+labor). An estimate will be provided once your product has been reviewed by our engineers. 

Any repaired or replaced parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater.

Warranty claims are processed through the point of purchase. If your product was purchased from an authorized Nostalgia Audio retailer, please contact them regarding any warranty, service, or return requests. Otherwise, please contact us by email.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to returning the product to Nostalgia Audio. We’ll cover the cost to get your warranty repair back to you.  It is advised that returns are shipped insured with tracking information as Nostalgia Audio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
